Marlborough Street Partners Announces New Partner Duane Kotsen
Boston, February 21, 2024 – Marlborough Street Partners, a leading advisory firm, is delighted to announce that Duane Kotsen has joined the firm as Partner.
Duane is a customer-focused technology leader with extensive strategy, technology adoption, and business transformation experience. He focuses in particular on transforming the Customer Success function within companies and on identifying and successfully deploying Artificial Intelligence technologies.
Duane has provided guidance to major technology companies and held senior roles at Ardoq, Blue Yonder, Deltek, and QAD in the areas of Customer Success and Professional Services. He was also responsible for globalization efforts at both Peoplesoft and Oracle. He has had P&L responsibility up to $400MM and has led worldwide teams exceeding 2000 individuals. Over the last decade Duane was part of three leadership teams which executed successful exits resulting in substantial value to shareholders.
He holds a BS in Computer and Information Science from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as well as several certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Leadership.
